Custom and personalized orders
If you order a custom or personalized wreath or other home decor, the fee will need to be paid in advance of the creating of this order. With the extra time it takes to do these orders, and the fact that is your style and may not be some one elses style it may be hard for me to sell this order to someone else.
Returns and Exchanges
All sales are final. If your wreath, or purchase of other decor by some chance is damaged in shipping please contact me within 5 days of receipt with pictures of the damage. You may return the wreath in it's original box and exchange it for another of equal value. You will be responsible for shipping the item back. The wreath or other decor must be in original condition (besides the damage done by shipping) and include all the materials and parts that were sent originally.
Shipping
All orders are shipped USPS (Priority, Ground, or First Class Mail depending on the product) or Fedex (Home Delivery or Ground) unless otherwise agreed upon. You can request UPS if you contact me before the wreath or other decor is sent. Price with UPS may be a higher amount.
If purchasing two or more wreaths, I am unable to combine shipping costs because each wreath is sent in it's own box to prevent damage.
Shipping charges are for Shipping AND Handling - This includes the price of the box, packaging material, and the cost of shipping.Care of wreaths
Most of my wreaths are suitable to be displayed outside, however they should be on a porch with some kind of overhang so they are out of the weather. Direct sun, rain, and snow exposure may fade the colors,and effect the shape of the mesh, flowers, and bows.
